For everyday cooking for family and friends, a built-in gas BBQ is the easiest choice. A kamado suits slow cooking and smoking, and a wood-fired oven cooks a pizza in about two minutes and also roasts and bakes. What we install
Start with a gas BBQ and add an oven or kamado beside it, now or later.
Beefeater, Grandhall and Incredible Grills. Built into the worktop with a gas connection, a cupboard for the bottle or a mains line, and a side burner if you want one.
Monolith and Smokey Bandit. Ceramic charcoal grills that hold a steady heat for hours, for slow-cooked meat, fish and bread.

Part of a full kitchen

3D design and fixed quote. You get a 3D design of your kitchen and a fixed price. Change it until it is right.
Built and installed. We manufacture the kitchen, install it and connect gas, water and electrics. You cook the same evening.

Questions and answers
Fuel, size, community rules and care.
Wood gives the flavour and the show; gas heats up faster and is easier on a weekday. Alfa makes both, and some models take either fuel. [CONFIRM: hybrid models offered?]
Three or four burners cook for a family; five or six suit regular entertaining for ten or more. A side burner is useful for sauces and paella.
Check your community rules first. Some urbanisations and most apartment buildings do not allow charcoal; gas and electric grills are usually fine.
Yes. We connect the grill or oven to a gas bottle or a mains supply as part of the installation, so it is ready to cook the day we finish.
