Who is responsible for your data
[CONFIRM: legal name], NIF [CONFIRM], [CONFIRM: address], email hello@outdoorlivingspain.com, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect and why
When you send the booking form we receive your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, area, the topics you tick and anything you write about your project. We use it only to reply to you, arrange the site visit and send you a 3D design and quote.
The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, and the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Who else processes the data
Your message is delivered by email through Resend (Resend Inc.), and the website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc.). Both act as processors on our behalf under data processing agreements and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and, if you become a client, for as long as tax and consumer law require. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after [CONFIRM: 12 months].
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@outdoorlivingspain.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
