Yes. Outdoor Living Spain's modular outdoor kitchen system is built for apartment terraces, penthouses and townhouses where a brick-built kitchen isn't possible or allowed. Modules arrive with plumbing, electrics and appliances pre-installed and are assembled on site in [CONFIRM: X days], sized to your space and budget.

How the system works
Most of the work happens in our workshop, so your home sees days of assembly, not weeks of building.
We measure the terrace, then plan the modules around the space you have: a straight run, an L-shape or an island.
Plumbing, wiring, the grill, sink and fridge are installed in each module in our workshop and tested before delivery.
On site we put the modules together, level them and connect water, power and gas. Little dust, no bricklaying.

Community rules
Many apartment buildings set rules for terraces: what you can fix to walls and floors, how much weight a terrace may carry, and whether charcoal is allowed. A modular kitchen stands on its own feet, so nothing is built into the structure, and it can be moved or taken with you.

Built and installed. We manufacture the kitchen, install it and connect gas, water and electrics. You cook the same evening.

Often not for a freestanding kitchen, but your community statutes decide. Check what they say about terraces, weight and grills. We help you with the details the administrator asks for.
Usually yes, with a bottle stored in a ventilated cupboard in the module. Some buildings allow only electric grills; we fit those too. Charcoal is often not allowed in apartment buildings.
Yes. The modules are freestanding, so they can be disconnected and moved to a new terrace.
